3 Tier Systems has been officially credited as an 'Investor in People'.
This prestigious award is presented to institutions that demonstrate a commitment
to the development of their staff and their training.
Speaking yesterday Managing Director Kevin Anderson welcomed the Award.
He said "I am delighted to be able to announce that 3 Tier Systems has been
awarded accreditation as an Investor in People. This is the fruit of a great
deal of work by all our staff over the last eighteen months."
"Recognition as an Investor In People indicates that we attach priority
to staff training and development and have structures in place for effective
delivery. The award is the benchmark for good practice in business and
government and I am delighted that when we, as educational promoters,
preach the importance of training and communication, we can do so in the
confidence that we belong to an institution that takes training for its
own staff seriously and is delivering in practice."
